Yes — every gas job is done by a Gas Safe registered engineer and certified accordingly. You can check any engineer's card on the doorstep, and we'd encourage you to.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

Not for quotes — surveys and estimates are free. For emergency repairs we agree the price on the phone before we set off.

Which boiler brands do you fit and repair?

We repair all major makes, and install A-rated boilers from leading manufacturers with warranties of up to 10 years, depending on model.

How fast can you get to me?

For genuine emergencies in the BH postcodes: usually the same day, often within hours. For planned work, typically within the week.
